Video Game Concept

I’ve been building a game concept in my head for nearly a decade and finally technology has caught up with it. I want to potentially pitch it to a gaming company. Does anyone on here know the plausibility of offering them trade (I’m a composer and voice actor) instead of money to pitch the concept? I’d love feedback.

I’ve had a few people who wanted my gamer tags. I use chiefly Steam, Blizzard games, and my PS3.
